Autoklinikka Ltd redesigned its applicant experience

Our experts, in collaboration with Teamtailor, updated and onboarded Autoklinikka’s ATS solution. The project was efficient and successful, creating internal transparency and a systematic approach.

Initial Situation and Planning

The client wanted to streamline their candidate experience and recruitment process, modernize existing tools, and increase efficiency by implementing a modern ATS system. Prior to this, Choice HR audited the candidate processes and the stages of the candidate journey. This was followed by the implementation, training, and rollout of Teamtailor, both technically and in terms of content. At the same time, the path from the career page to the job application was streamlined, and communication was clarified.

How did the project proceed?

The need to implement a modern ATS system had been on the agenda for some time. When Choice’s TeamTailor-specialized team first conducted an audit of the candidate experience, the necessity of implementing the system became self-evident. A high-quality system and a clear talent flow would resolve both technical and content-related challenges.

By changing to Teamtailor, the client gains a comprehensive view not only of individual searches but also of the bigger picture. At the same time, the client could build relationships with promising talent by encouraging them to network for job hunting purposes.

Once the decision to implement the system had been made, Teamtailor’s account manager walked the client through the basic implementation and assisted with the technical setup. Choice’s role was to consult with the client, design candidate pathways in accordance with the audit requirements, and help the client understand the overall process.

End results

It was decided to keep the current career page on the existing website platform, as migrating it to a new platform was not justified at this stage. The most important thing was to focus on providing the client with a clear and transparent internal view of the various recruitment processes and their effectiveness, which, based on feedback, was achieved very successfully, with the project team’s recommendation index scoring 9.9 out of 10. 

The project took 6 weeks to complete and included:

  • project definition, scheduling, and guidelines

  • an audit and documentation of the current state of the candidate and recruitment process

  • kickoff, interim, and wrap-up meetings

  • ongoing support via a Q&A channel

  • functional and hands-on workshops where the client was able to try out and practice using Teamtailor together with Choice’s experts.
