Sako's goal was to clarify how the company is perceived as an employer and how this message can be highlighted more effectively on internal communications, employer brand marketing, career pages, advertising and and in other recruiting marketing.
The workshops were facilitated professionally, which encouraged our people to participate openly and wholeheartedly. This has had a direct impact on the development of our employer brand (EB) and the creation of our career pages!

Prior to the design and development workshops, the Choice team conducted an online survey in which staff representatives and participants selected for the workshops were able to respond and share their thoughts on the strengths, positioning, and areas for improvement of the employer brand. The survey also served as the basis for selecting the pre-workshop assignments and the themes for the actual small-group sessions. This is based on a framework developed by Choice regarding the attributes that influence employee experience and employer brand.
In 2026, our collaboration will continue by making the career pages more user-centric and tailoring content more precisely to different groups of professionals. In addition, we will produce new content, such as written articles, that highlight Sako’s day-to-day work and opportunities through the perspectives of our staff. At the same time, the images used for employer branding have also been updated.
Working with Choice has been a smooth and inspiring experience!
