The Choice EX survey assesses a company’s employee experience, identifying both its strengths and areas for improvement. The survey is based on an online questionnaire administered to the entire workforce, supplemented by thematic interviews and participatory methods. In this process, employees are genuinely involved in change and development efforts from the very beginning. 

Choice EX includes 16 key attributes that comprehensively cover various aspects of the employee experience. The results help plan and implement measures to improve competitiveness, communication, and leadership, so that employees are more engaged and productive in their work. 

The Choice EX report is comprehensive and presents essential information through clear charts and metrics, and it is reviewed with the management team. The visual report includes concrete action recommendations and training suggestions.

Addinational analyses of leadership and focus culture as an extra!

Starting January 1, 2026, we will include the leadership and focus culture modules in the Choice EX analysis. The leadership module provides an in-depth examination of leadership styles from the perspectives of both senior and middle management.  It provides insights into leadership priorities and tactics and deepens understanding of the success of supervisory work at the regional, unit, and team levels. 

The focus culture module, on the other hand, helps you assess the success of work that requires concentration. The analysis helps you understand how to increase the productivity of knowledge workers, which also impacts the overall employee experience. 

Order Choice EX by June 30, 2026, and receive our expanded training or coaching services for management and supervisors as part of the same package. 

The process of execution:

At the start of the project, we’ll hold a kickoff meeting to review the entire process, timelines, and the division of responsibilities. At the same time, we’ll delve into the organization’s specific needs, goals, and current situation so that the survey can be properly tailored and the results interpreted in the right context.

The survey will be distributed to staff in the agreed manner (e.g., via email or the intranet). We will handle the necessary technical arrangements, communications, and reminders to ensure a high response rate. The response period is typically set at 2–3 weeks to allow as many people as possible to participate.

After collecting the responses, we analyzed the results, which form the company’s EX index. In addition to the EX attributes, we analyzed the report on leadership and supervisory work.
